Gong's Kitchen began our journey as independent caterers on the community fete and food festival circuit, fast becoming a firm favourite on the circuit and attracting long queues and repeat customers to our gazebo!
We became experts in overcoming the unique challenges of outdoor catering and made solid connections with fellow vendors, enabling us to bring a diverse selection of vendors to your community day, sporting event or festival to provide your guests with plenty of choice of cuisines (including those requiring restricted dietary options such as vegan, gluten free, halal etc).

We are open to considering various payment options for public events, and whether the opportunity is financially viable depends on multiple factors, such as whether the hiring organisation is paying upfront or the attendees will pay on the day of the event, whether or not power and water is available, the expected number of guests (and what the estimate is based on) and how many other vendors will be in attendance.
